As you can see above, our lip filler treatments can result in both a very natural and a slightly more pronounced effect. The amount of filler inserted into you is determined by the doctor treating you in consultation with you. However it may be, you can rest assured that we will always inform you openly, honestly and informed about how you can obtain the best possible result with a lip filler.
Pre- and post-treatment
The injection of the lip filler itself does not take longer than fifteen minutes. You will feel a few small pricks, but other than that, any discomfort is not too bad.
Some redness and swelling is expected after the procedure; the upper lip usually swells slightly more than the lower lip. The swelling usually lasts no longer than 48 hours. We always encourage all patients to contact our medical office if they have any concerns or questions regarding their procedures.
Tips after lip filler treatment:
- No makeup for 4 hours on the lips and around the mouth
- No strenuous exercises that day
- Leave acidic products for 24 hours
- No spas, no sauna and no hot yoga for 1 week after treatment
