Sarasin Clinic is engaged in providing advice, mediating and performing medical aesthetic treatments in the field of facial and body corrections. Sarasin Clinic uses personal data as part of its business operations and processes it according to the regulations, as laid down in the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG).
Personal data
The personal data that Sarasin Clinic processes are the following: first and last name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, address details, phone number, email address, BSN, health, including name and address of medical specialist with whom you are (have been) under treatment.
Purpose of processing personal data
The processing of personal data takes place under the responsibility of Sarasin Clinic for the following purposes: fulfilling the treatment agreement with you, providing services to you, informing you of changes to our services and products, delivering goods and services to you, sending and handling invoices and payments, sending newsletters and/or advertising and/or in the event that Sarasin Clinic has a legal duty to process and retain your data.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Sarasin Clinic only shares your data with third parties after obtaining your permission to do so, if this is necessary for the execution of the treatment agreement entered into with you and/or to comply with a legal obligation. We have signed a processing agreement with these third parties in order to ensure the same level of confidentiality and security. Sharing your data with third parties is done through Medicore or through an email box secured by Zivver.
Access to personal data
You may request Sarasin Clinic to view, modify or delete your data, which request Sarasin Clinic will comply with. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent to data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Sarasin Clinic, and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can make a request to send the personal data that Sarasin Clinic holds about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you, which request can be sent to Sarasin.karen@gmail.com. To ensure that the request for inspection is made by you, you are requested to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request, in which you can black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and BSN to protect your privacy. Sarasin Clinic will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
Retention of personal data
SarasinClinic will not retain your data for longer than necessary for the purpose for which it is kept, unless Sarasin Clinic is required by law to retain your data for longer.
