At our Sarasin Clinic you can get lip fillers in different volumes. For hygienic reasons, logically a completely new syringe of 1 ml is always used, but in consultation with your treating esthetician you can decide to inject less filler depending on the desired result.

Jij bepaalt zelf in samenspraak met onze dokter welk resultaat je wil bereiken: mooie, volle lippen met wat extra vulling of een kleine, natuurlijke touch-up. Op basis van jouw wensen zal de dokter dan filler injecteren, en tussentijds steeds het resultaat met je bespreken.
Onze esthetisch artsen hebben jarenlange ervaring in het uitvoeren van esthetische ingrepen (vaak meer dan 10 jaar). Je wordt bij ons daarom ook steeds heel open en transparant geïnformeerd over de behandeling die je wenst uit te voeren. Omdat dit voor veel mensen nieuw is, hechten wij veel belang aan het verschaffen van deze informatie. Onze dokter zal daarom ook altijd de tijd nemen om goed naar jouw wensen te luisteren alvorens de filler te injecteren.
Filler of 0.5ml vs. filler of 1ml
Each filler comes to us in a standard dose of 1ml. Filler syringes of 0.5ml are therefore not available. Of course, it goes without saying that we only use each syringe once, and we are not going to store it. So for each treatment, even if you have 0.5ml injected twice, a new dose must be purchased.
Although the content of the filler may be 1ml each time, it is not the case that it is used completely each time. The doctor advises and decides in consultation with you what amount is appropriate and desirable. This may be 0.5ml, 1ml, or something in between. The final amount depends on the result you wish to obtain. More filler will result in slightly more filled lips. Less filler will make the result look more natural and subtle.
