2 small injections are given into the chewing muscle of the face. This will cause the muscle to relax and shrink after a few days, creating a slimmed down lower jaw that is more oval and less square.
This gives you more "the V shape" in your face.

How long does the effect of muscle relaxants or wrinkle injections last?

After 2-8 days, wrinkles begin to diminish. After 4 weeks, the maximum effect is achieved. From 6-8 weeks, the result is maintained. After 8 weeks, the effect begins to slowly diminish. After 12 weeks the effect is about 50% less, after 4 months the effect decreases by 80%. Most patients opt for a repeat treatment around 3-4 months, but this varies from patient to patient.
