What is Mirconeedling + RF?
Micro needling + RF, a new concept to many, but certainly not to Karen!

What is the process of Microneedling with RF treatment?
In a nutshell, is that we actually pierce the skin with 45 needles at a time. When these needles are in the skin, they also emit heat or radio frequency. This provides a huge collagen and elastin boost! In addition, superficial wrinkles stuck to the skin will be loosened. In short, you damage the upper and middle layers of the skin. Because of the wound healing process in the skin, you get firming and building of elastin and collagen.
Microneedling needles
These are very small needles called Nano needles. We place about 45 of these Nano needles on the skin of the face/neck/decolletage or hands. The result is that the skin becomes red and loosens. The reddening is comparable to being burned by the sun. For 2 or 3 days the skin will look burned, during this period the skin will start to repair itself very quickly. After this, the redness will subside.
What you get in return is radiant, tight skin with fewer deep wrinkles!
Who is Microneedling + RF suitable for?
Micro Needling + RF is mainly used for women with dull skin. For example by smoking or (too) much sun exposure.
Microneedling is also suitable for when wrinkles appear. Or when the skin simply ages, which everyone will have to face one day. The treatment is mainly performed on women from 33-35 years old, when they would like to look fresher and younger. Your skin determines a large part of your appearance! A beautiful "GLOW" will soon make you look years younger!
Sometimes younger women also come for treatment, for example because they would like to give it a try. Actually, I think that's a shame. Their skin is already so beautiful and tight, there is little to improve it.
Are you taking enough care of your skin?
On average, from the age of 30, your skin will produce less collagen and elastin: as a result, your skin will become grayer and thicker in texture. Delay the aging process and you will be less likely to have to resort to more drastic measures.
Microneedling + RF process
You don't (unfortunately) have glowing skin overnight. The skin is a living organ. Once we stop stimulating the skin to renew and firm itself, the result will also decrease. For the best result, it is therefore recommended to repeat the treatment several times and preferably in combination with the "SARASIN GLOW". In this way, the result will remain optimal for as long as possible.
The very best would be to repeat the treatment every quarter, this way the skin stays in its best condition. The best results become visible after 2 to 3 treatments.
After the first treatment, you will have red skin for 2-3 days. This will quickly go away, after which you will begin applying a special cream. This cream stimulates new skin production. After about 3 months, the second treatment will take place. This will be the same as the first. Another 3 months later the third treatment will take place. Which will be the same as the first treatment.
You will notice that your skin becomes firmer and firmer and you will tolerate the treatment better. After the second or third treatment you will see less red than after the first treatment.
Practicalities of a Microneedling + RF treatment
It is always important to properly protect your skin from the sun anyway, with or without Micro needling treatment! If you decide to have a Micro needling treatment, it is important that you avoid too much sun in the days beforehand. The sun can damage the skin, which can reduce the results of the treatment.
After the treatment, you will have "burned" skin for several days. To protect the skin and allow it to recover properly, it is important, until the skin has recovered properly, to get as little sun as possible. And to apply as few (cosmetic) products to the skin as possible.
If you prefer not to go out without makeup, then mascara and lipstick are no problem, but foundation is not a good plan. You will apply with Flamigel for the first few days and then switch to a heavy sunblock after a few days.
The treatment takes about 45 min.
Micro needling is possible in combination with local anesthesia. However, this is rarely requested as it is quite tolerable for most people.
A Micro needling + RF treatment costs €350 per session for face and neck, and €100 extra for face + neck and décolleté (price per session in each case).
