Keep looking young(er) with these tips

Tips to look younger, or rather, to avoid looking older than you'd like!

Skincare

Aging and UV rays dry out your skin. Dry skin makes you look older, even if you are still young. To look younger, it is best to moisturize your skin every morning and evening with a good moisturizing day and night cream. Choose a day cream with an SPF of at least factor 20, preferably 50.

Sarasin Clinic has its own day and night cream: Sarasin Glow. Our cream ensures that your skin will glow, combined with our hydrating Profhilo treatment.

A facial or peel can do wonders to renew the skin. We offer several peels that improve the skin.

For a Vampire Facial / PRP and Microneedling, you can also visit Sarasin Clinic.

Make-Up

Blush & foundation

A blush and foundation can also give your face a younger look. Don't forget to include the neck because it can give away your age! Apply blush to your cheekbones and rub it upward toward your temples. This way you create a lifting effect.

Eyebrows

Full brows can also help you look younger. Color your eyebrows with a pencil for beautiful results.

Don't want to stand in front of the mirror every day? Then opt for Powderbrows. That way you'll get up every day with beautiful eyebrows! At Dermatopigmentation, we have over 15 years of experience in placing permanent makeup.

Not only the eyebrows but also the lips and eyes can use an extra touch. For this, you can also choose to apply lipstick / eyeshadow every morning or get up every day with the perfect lip color and lash line drawn on.

Are you taking enough care of your skin?

On average, from the age of 30, your skin will produce less collagen and elastin: as a result, your skin will become grayer and thicker in texture. Delay the aging process and you will be less likely to have to resort to more drastic measures.

Lips

Lips get thinner as you age. Make your lips look fuller by drawing the outline just outside the lips with a lip pencil or lipstick in the same color as your lips.

This effect can also be created with permanent makeup for the lips.

Would you rather have more volume in your lips to look younger again? Then Lip Filler can be a solution. At Sarasin Clinic, we only work with licensed specialist doctors who can give your lips a boost.

Eyes

For the eyes, it is best to choose a soft color palette because dark and metallic eyeshadows make wrinkles and lines more visible. Use a non-shimmery eyeshadow in a natural color, such as soft pinks and browns to look younger. Do not draw a heavy eyeliner but go for a subtle line to accentuate the lashes and create an open look.

Botox and Filler

Above, we talked earlier about lip fillers to add more accentuation and volume to the lips. Fillers can restore volume loss anywhere on the face. For example, think of bags under the eyes, these can be filled with a tear trough filler.

Botox, in turn, can make wrinkles and lines disappear and/or diminish. The typical frown and forehead wrinkles but also crow's feet can be remedied with this.

Do you have a tired look because the eyebrows are low? Then we can create a lifting effect with Botox "eyebrow lift".

Healthy, water, sleep, repeat

The name "Clean Sleeper," is not just made up. Sleep is the key to looking younger. So get enough sleep to prevent your skin from aging quickly. Preferably sleep on a silk pillowcase, which damages the skin much less than cotton and prevents irritation.

Eat healthy, drink plenty of water AND get enough sleep.

It sounds cliché but is so true and not only makes your skin glow but also gives you tons of energy!

Also avoid smoking and excess alcohol. Smoking or co-smoking draws away oxygen and vitamin C, which affects the body's absorption of nutrients.
